This booklet symbolizes the spirit of NUCCA. As Dr. Dickholtz has given so freely, so NUCCA gives. It would be inconsistent with the spirit of NUCCA and the al-truism of Dr. Dickholtz if this booklet were to be charged for. Therefore, we distribute it freely throughout the profession to help doctors of chiropractic and for the benefit of their patients — another free service of NUCCA.
