Research
UCRF research demonstrates problems in the cervical spine can cause progressively degenerative structural, neurological, physiological and pathological symptoms. NUCCA Standards of Care
From the very origins of the organization, the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA) has developed a precise protocol for the evaluation and correction of spinal distortion. Our decades of research have been used to validate and improve upon the accuracy and reliability of these corrective protocols. All of the NUCCA education today is based upon this prior investigation and study along with the carefully monitored clinical application of these restorative health care protocols. The NUCCA Certification and Standards Board organizes and maintains these standards today and works continuously to support and mentor the education and clinical practice of the NUCCA procedure.

Legacy
Since its inception, the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA) and the NUCCA procedure has helped thousands of people of all ages regain and maintain their health throughout their lifetime. NUCCA is an important part of our health care system and offers an individualized, conservative approach to healing that enhances the body’s innate ability to be well. Even with so many remarkable results, NUCCA is still only practiced by a relatively small number of practitioners worldwide. However, the demand for this work is global and we are striving to increase the number of NUCCA practitioners in order to provide needed care.
